Hospital Visitation This group goes into hospitals and homes to pray and visit with the sick and injured. If you would like to visit, pray with and help those who are in need, call Theda Lenn.  719.382.8097    COMMUNITY & SERVICE Food Pantry Every Thursday a team from Restoration comes together in a finely choreographed effort to serve the less fortunate of our community. The Food Pantry ministry assists in distribution of food and clothing, intercessory prayer and counseling. Contact Charles Hendrix 719.201.5046 Meals Ministry This ministry helps prepare meals for events ranging from weddings to funerals or families with loved ones in the hospital. If you like to cook and would like to help families in need of meals during special times call          Ingrid Duran 719.382.5294 Greeters Our greeters do more than just shake a hand and smile. They are the first impression a visitor will have of our church. Our greeters know intuitively how to treat a guest that is in a new setting.  If you would like to be a greeter please email Russ Roux at russ.roux@us.army.mil Ushering The ushers of Restoration assist guests in finding the right seat, count offerings, conduct security, and offer their assistance in several more areas. Our ushers pretty much do it all.    Café Server Do you enjoy making sure someone has that perfect cup of coffee? Does the chocolate milk mustache on a kid’s face make your day? This once a month, fast paced ministry, helps to welcome visitors and creates a comfortable atmosphere for fellowship. Connection Team Follow Up This group makes the important first connection with a guest after a first visit. Our teens deal with many messages of the world and we are always looking for the right person to help them discern truth and grow in God’s love and grace. Contact Pastor Dave Johnston at dave.johnston@restchurch.org Kingdom Q Studios The Children's Ministry at Restoration Church provides an opportunity for children to build a solid foundation in the knowledge of God's Word in a fun, interactive, and loving atmosphere.  Children's ministry is available each week at during all 3 services for ages 0-12.  Pastor Corey Pesek- kidmin@restchurch.org       WORSHIP ARTS One of the foundations of Christianity is WORSHIP. At Restoration we take that to heart. We worship in song, Word, giving and serving. The team that helps to enhance this experience has several areas that you can be involved. Praise Band: Restoration Church Praise Teams are an exciting opportunity for all who have experience with all types of instruments and vocals. Our first priority is to minister to our church family and community. We want to create an atmosphere that enables people to see and hear God in new ways. This is a very public ministry and two things are required; an audition and, if accepted, practice. Opportunities include: Multimedia Technician, Sound Engineers and  Video.  No experience is necessary. Join us this New Year!  Restoration MOPS meets every other Wednesday throughout the school year.  Our next meeting to kick off our Spring Semester is January 25th, 2012 at 9am. Childcare is provided. We meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm in the modular conference room. Coming soon  - Courageous Bible Study. This a 6 week Bible study focused on the movie "Courageous".
