Paul Aragon

Paul arrived at Restoration Church in 2010 with a twenty-year plan for bringing Scripture-centered teaching and practical outreach to the Fountain Valley community. Having been born and raised in southern Colorado, he earned a Church Ministries degree from Southeastern University and a Masters of Theology from Fuller Seminary and came to Restoration with past experience in youth ministry, as a church planter and lead pastor. Beyond his role at the church, Paul is also involved in community leadership with the Fountain Urban Renewal Association. Paul’s wife, Melanie, leads Women’s Ministries at Restoration, and together they are raising three children.
 
 
 
 

Monty Mora

Monty comes to Restoration Church after serving 25 years in full-time ministry as lead pastor as well as a market-place pastor/chaplain with hospice. Monty serves as Campus Pastor at our Fillmore Campus. He has done extensive work with selecting, assessing, and endorsing church planters to begin new church ministry. He has done short term missionary work in Europe, Mexico and Costa Rica as well inner-city missions throughout the Southwestern United States. Monty is a Colorado native and has engaged in ministry work up and down the front range as an itinerant speaker, leading church planting boot-camps, and evangelistic efforts. He earned ministry certifications in Biblical Studies from Latin American Bible College and a Bachelors in Sociology from Colorado State University.

Andy Davenport

Andy’s story began at Restoration Church where he accepted the Lord at the age of 14. Since then he has served in almost every area of the church over the last 11 years. After graduating high school, Andy interned with the staff for a full calendar year before being invited on staff in an admin capacity. Andy received his ministry credentials as a licensed pastor through Rocky Mountain District School Of Ministry in Winter of 2019. Today,  Andy primarily serves as Youth Pastor, but also oversees the media and marketing teams for Restoration. In his off time, you’ll find Andy along with his wife Tessa exploring new places, traveling, watch sports and spend quality time with their dog, Franklin!

Holdon Shankle

Holdon, his wife Leslie and their young daughter Harper Shankle moved to Colorado Springs from Shreveport, Louisiana. Holdon grew up in Shreveport where he worked as the Student/Young Adults Pastor for 4 years and been on staff a total of 6 years. He has also been a worship leader for the adult, young adults, and student services. The area he has the most passion is in worship ministry and he desires to see God move in the lives of the church through the power of music and worship. He has a degree in Chemistry and is a licensed minister through Global University.

John White

John, has served as Lead Pastor and in various aspects of ministry for over forty years and shows no sign of slowing down. He graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO and is a member of the International Association of Biblical Counselors with professional experience in premarital, marital and crisis counseling. John coordinates water baptisms along with Restoration’s hospital & homebound visitation ministry. His wife Linda assists with counseling, and together they oversee classes offered through Restoration Church University.

Nicole Townsend

Nicole has been attending Restoration for years and loves making connections with people. She graduated from UCCS with a Bachelor’s degree in English. In her spare time, she enjoys writing poetry and spending time with her husband, Scott and their kids.
 
Dave Johnston
facilities manager
 
Dave has been at Restoration Church since 2005 and has served in various roles both as pastoral and support staff. Dave served 20 years for the United States Army before transitioning to pastoral ministries. Today, Dave overseas all facilities of Restoration Church while also being the main caretaker to his wife Kris who is battling Alzheimer’s, and in 2020 became a first time Grandpa! Dave has one Moto in life- “Finish fixin’ it or finish breakin’ it.”
 
Russ Roux

Not many things slip by Russ’s keen observation and input. He began serving on staff in July, 2017, after many years as a church greeter. His skills help relieve the pastoral staff of many administrative distractions, and he’s proud to be one of two experienced septuagenarians currently serving on staff. Together with his wife, Kathy, Russ oversees the church’s altar prayer ministry.

Tawni Just

Tawni found just the right ministry to match her talents when she stepped into the role of accountant at Restoration Church in 2014. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UMUC, she’s happily in her element when sorting columns of numbers and crunching data. Hobbies, you ask? She’ll say, who needs them. Tawni has been attending Restoration Church since 2010. She and her husband, JJ, have three sons.
 
Nicole Nelson
children’s ministry coordinator – Fountain Campus
 
Nicole works here at Restoration Church as the children’s coordinator, she’s been attending Rest Church for the past 4 years and fell in love with the children’s ministry and is now part of the team. When she’s not working on curriculum and helping around the office she enjoys long hikes, and skiing with husband Tyler, and two kids Kinsli and Blace.
 
 
Tobi Underwood

Tobi and her family moved to Colorado from Florida and fell in love with the mountains. After volunteering in the children’s ministry over the last 2 years, she decided to step into an assistant role. When she is not helping out at the church, she is enjoying the outdoors with husband Max and their two kiddos Kane and Freya.
